Lodging Policy

Booking and Payment:

  • 10% refundable deposit due at booking.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-in to receive a deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in result in the full booking amount being charged.

Group Bookings (5 or more rooms):

  • 10% deposit required at time of booking
  • Full payment or cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival.

Late Arrival:

  • If arriving after 8 pm, please call for late arrival instructions.

Additional Information:

  • All rooms are smoke-free.
  • Limited pet-friendly rooms available with a fee.
  • Unclaimed pets or smoking will result in a $250 charge.
